You can access the documentation from the Help menu in the IAR Embedded Workbench IDE. The HTML documentation is also available via the F1 key in the IDE (requires a working Internet connection) or by going to docs.iar.com.

If you are working offline and do not have a working Internet connection, you can find a snapshot of the HTML user documentation in the state it was when the product was built, in the arm\doc\html directory. It is a compressed file with the name HTML_Help.zip. The version found at docs.iar.com is continuously updated with clarifications and corrected errors.
