The Medlow (medium-low) code model

This code model enforces the same behavior as for 32-bit architectures. The generated code (and data) must lie within a single 2 Gbytes address range and must lie between the absolute addresses –0x8000'0000 and +0x8000'0000, which covers a 32-bit address range. Code is generally linked around address 0x0000'0000.
